Laura, a proud native of Houston, Texas, has found her home in Corpus Christi since 2002. Joining Joe Adame & Associates, Inc. in November 2005, Laura has been a driving force in the office and retail market sectors. With an impressive track record boasting over $50 million in sales and/or lease transactions in the Corpus Christi area, Laura’s profound understanding of the market ensures exceptional representation for her clients.
Her expertise shines through in successfully negotiating over 1.5 million square feet of office and/or retail space, consistently delivering superior results. Through nurturing fruitful relationships with local, regional, and national retailers, as well as companies, brokers, and clients, Laura remains dedicated to providing professional service and maximizing outcomes.
Before her tenure at Joe Adame & Associates, Inc., Laura’s experience as a Property Manager endowed her with invaluable strategic insights from both the Tenant and Landlord perspectives. This dual vantage point empowers her to negotiate terms that not only meet but often exceed her clients’ expectations.
Laura’s excellence in the field has been duly recognized, earning her the esteemed CoStar Power Broker Award in 2019 for Office Leasing and again in 2020 for Retail Leasing.
A graduate of Southwest Texas State University, Laura earned her Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Science in 2000. Beyond her professional endeavors, Laura actively contributes to her community, having served on the Board of the local YMCA for three years. She is also a partner in several small, local businesses in the area.
