Our Property Manager collaborates closely with building owners and leasing agents from Joe Adame & Associates, Inc. to deliver comprehensive real estate management solutions to our clients.

The Laguna Management Group Property Manager works closely with building owners and Joe Adame & Associates, Inc. Leasing Agents to provide  “complete” real estate management services for their clients.

Financial Services

Laguna Management Group offers a range of financial services, including:

  • Collection of rents and other income from tenants
  • Daily posting of collections
  • Monitoring tenant status and generating delinquency reports
  • Monthly status reports generation
  • Payment of vendors, utilities, and mortgages
  • Monthly statement preparation, including Profit & Loss, Rent Roll, and Check Register
