As a SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment
Member), Will has received extensive training in real estate investment, commercial lease analysis, the
understanding of operating expenses and lease VS purchase analysis. Will joined Joe Adame &
Associates, Inc. in June 2003 and leads a team that is focused on creating commercial real estate
opportunities and solutions. Through Joe Adame & Associates, Inc., Will provides tenant/buyer
representation for national and local clients, property disposition and represents a large inventory of
office and retail lease space.
Will’s genuine passion for commercial real estate investing combined with a B.B.A. in General
Business and a minor in Finance, offers his clients creative avenues for enhancing a real estate
portfolio and property development. Born in Houston and raised in Madisonville, TX, Will made the
Corpus Christi community his home in 1999 with his wife and their son.
