For the past five years this webpage toted the real estate expertise and professionalism of Real Estate Broker, Sid Nicholson, but now it will stand to express the appreciation, affection and admiration we at Joe Adame & Associates, Inc. had for Sid.

Sid joined Joe Adame & Associates, Inc. as a Broker Associate in February of 2000 after a twenty-five year career as a broker and leasing agent in the Houston market. Drawing upon this major office market experience, Sid skillfully handled the leasing of One Shoreline Plaza and several other major office buildings in Corpus Christi's Central Business District during his tenure with Joe Adame & Associates, Inc.

But it was the goodness of Sid's soul that endeared him to us the most - his rapier-sharp humor; his work hard / play hard philosophy of life; his love and loyalty to his family; his courage and undying positive attitude; his spirituality and personal values. Although Sid acquired the polish and sophistication of big-city and corporate America, he never lost his small-town boy warmth and charm.
