Mark returned to Corpus Christi and joined Joe Adame & Associates, Inc. in the Summer 2000. Mark is a graduate of Texas A&M University (College Station) with a B.B.A. in Finance and specializes in real estate investment analysis and office leasing.

Prior to joining Joe Adame & Associates, Inc., Mark worked in the Real Estate Banking Division for Bank of America in Houston, Texas. During this time he focused on credit analysis and debt structuring for many of the nations largest retail and multi-family REITs and development opportunity funds.

Mark’s knowledge of the financial aspects of the real estate market gives his clients a unique outlook on each transaction and provides them with the best possible service.

Mark is a member of the Board of Directors for the Corpus Christi Downtown Management District. He is also on the Board of Directors for Goodwill Industries of South Texas.
