Joe Adame has been a Texas real estate Broker since 1970.  He specializes in commercial and industrial real estate and has a broad dimension of experience ranging from development, leasing, investment analysis, management and consulting. Joe is an active member of the following professional organizations:

• SIOR - Society of Industrial and Office Realtors
• CCIM - Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute
• CRE - The Counselors of Real Estate.

In 1995 Joe was awarded the William Jennings Lone Star Trophy award for the outstanding commercial transaction of the year in the state of Texas. In 1997 the Governor of Texas appointed him to serve as a member of the Texas Real Estate Center Advisory Committee and is past Chairman of this Committee. Joe also served as Chairman of the Corpus Christi Regional Economic Development Corporation from 1999 through 2002 and is a past member of the 1914 Nueces County Courthouse Restoration Committee, Del Mar College Foundation, Christus Spohn Development Foundation and a member of numerous civic and social organizations.

Joe bases the operation of Joe Adame & Associates, Inc. on strict adherence to professional and Christian standards.  He is very active with the Christian Business Men's Committee, Leadership Prayer Breakfast and the Walk to Emmaus.
