A graduate of Texas A&M - College Station, Chris has been associated with two commercial real estate data gathering and consulting companies, Jamison Research in Dallas, Texas and The CoStar Group in Bethesda, Maryland. At Jamison, Chris performed fee-based consulting assignments for many of the nation's largest real estate brokerage houses, development firms, REITS and lending institutions. He also performed quarterly market statistical analyses on the Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, Atlanta and New Orleans office and industrial markets.

While with The CoStar Group, the nation's largest commercial data provider, Chris helped start an Advisory Services division which developed market standard methodologies on absorption, vacancy and rental rates for the nation's top forty office markets. He is currently a real estate appraiser and consultant operating as Vice President of Adame Realty Advisors, Inc.
