Brenda Younts Coonrod is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker with over 25 years experience in Commercial Real Estate.  She holds a CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member and CPM, Certified Property Management  designation. She has managed more than 15 million square feet of all commercial property types during her career.  In addition, she handled Commercial Brokerage as a leasing agent for office, retail and industrial properties.   

Brenda is the 2010 Corpus Christi Liaison on the Board of Directors of the San Antonio/ South Texas Chapter for CCIM where she held other positions 4 years prior. She is past President of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) in San Antonio and held a elected position on the Texas BOMA Board for 3 years. 

In addition, she assisted the Greater Kelly Development Authority on the redevelopment of the Kelly Air Force Base in San Antonio for 5 years.  Her duties on this 2000 acre project included management, leasing and business development. 

She is a member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member, Realtors Land Institute, International Council  of Shopping Centers, National Association of Realtors, Institute of Real Estate Management and Corpus Christi Association of Realtors.

Brenda is married to Tony Coonrod, owner of Coonrod Electric Company.  She has one Daughter, Camille, married to Danny Cook.  They have blessed her with a grand daughter,  Haleigh Grace and are expecting her grand son in July 2010.
